- 2 oz ripe red pear, sliced and frozen
- 1/2 ripe banana, sliced and frozen
- 50g plain Greek yogurt
- 2/3 milk of choice
- dash ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp honey
